Quick Web review
Just wanted to give my 2¢ about a site that I have been using for the past couple of weeks, www.twitter.com . The odd thing is I have known about this site since its inception, but never thought it would appeal to me. Twitter is a micro blog that only allows the user to post short blast blog post up to 140 characters. This might sound kinda dumb because what can you really say in 140 characters or less? Well I will tell, if you are like me, once you try it you will be hooked. It is a simple concept type a short description of how you are feeling or what you are doing and share it with all you friends. Once you get an account you can choose to “Follow” people and see their Twitts (term for Twitter post) or just invite your friends to follow you. There are all types of people on Twitter even Tallahassee.com very own MMarts (www.twitter.com/mmarts ) If you are like me, you can access Twitter through your cell phones mobile web browser and update your account almost any where in the country. The odd thing is just typing this up does not give Twitter any justice. You really need to try it out for your self.
